Anker Hotel is situated in the centre of Oslo, and within walking distance from the Central Station and Oslo Bus terminal. This makes Anker Hotel the perfect hotel for those who want to combine work with leisure. Our conference department was fully refurbished early 2020 and we focus on a relaxing lounge vibe, where our conference guests can relax during their breaks with a cup of coffee and some delicious snacks.
You can rent one of our smaller meeting rooms or our larger conference rooms, you can also find a corner in our relaxing common area where you can log on to our free wireless internet.
We have meeting rooms in various sizes, that are suitable for both small meetings and larger conferences for up to 150 people. All our venues have large windows, that give you plenty of daylight and the opportunity to get some fresh air during the meeting. We offer several conference packages, where you can choose the one that suits your group the best. If you are not tempted by any of our packages, you can create your own package from our conference menu. Our booking department will also be able to put something together for your event.

Anker Hotel have three modern and bright meeting rooms for up to 7 people.
The rooms have access to a 55-65″ monitor with sound and you can easily connect your computer with one of the adapters found in the room. All our meeting rooms offer daylight, blackout curtains and dimming of the lights. You can rent the meeting room by the hour or for a full day.
Even smaller meetings need refreshments during a long day, why not order something delicious from our conference menu.
Modern Conference Rooms
We offer well-lit and modern conference rooms, that is suitable for groups of 8 – 60 people. These conference rooms have large windows, which provide a lot of light and with the possibility to air out the room during your meeting. All our rooms have dimmable lights, blackout curtains and air condition. The rooms are also equipped with flip over, a 75-82″ monitor and a sound system. You can easily connect your computer using one of the adapters.
No conference is complete without proper catering, and we offer several delicious options that you can choose from our conference menu or select one of our many conference packages. For larger events we can create something special for your group together with our kitchen.
Our largest conference room
Our largest and most spacious conference room is suitable for up to 150 people. The conference room have big windows and black out curtains that provide the room with pleasant lighting all through the day. The conference room is also equipped with two big screens and projectors, two extra screens on the side, flip over, and speakers. A new sound system is in place, with a handheld microphone and two headset microphones.
If you need catering, we offer various tempting options that you choose from our conference menu or choose one of our conference packages. We can also tailor make something special for larger groups.
Catering
A good meal can be key for a successful meeting or conference. For events that covers two days or more, the dinner is an important part of the experience. We can offer a rich conference menu that consists of a lunch and dinner buffet, but also smaller meals like wraps, focaccia, sweet temptations, as well as smoothies. For those with allergies or dietary preferences, we will adjust the meal accordingly. For larger groups, we can tailor make a suitable menu.
